One of my favorite things about Sara is how she mixes different styles of yoga into the sequences. It really gives a fresh feel and makes the class interesting from beginning to end. I have heard Sara say there are no rules in yoga and she demonstrates that in this class.

wow, this is now my favorite class! I've been looking for a good workout lately on here that doesn't include a million sun salutations, and this is it! quite challenging, but very fun and interesting poses. i'm gonna keep coming back to this one, thanks Sarah! it's a joy to practice with such a peaceful, knowledgeable and radiant teacher.
