Why should I practice the release meditation?

How to practice release meditation

  1. Close your eyes
  2. Repeat the mantra "release" over and over again. He does this for 20 minutes a day.
  3. Set your intention for what you want to do or who you want to be after this transition.
  4. Open your eyes — and feel better.
