Thank You Adi for an incredibly well conducted , amazing explanation of alignment and flow. I absolutely loved all the twists, bends and series of triangle poses. Feels amazing at the end as the whole body is invigorated. Great energy throughout the class.

I am glad there are such insightful reviews. So I took this class on a day when I would have time to go over poses during the class and to have a proper rest at the end. Also loved that any time I looked up there was a clear shot of what was going on and the instructions were very clear.

My kneecaps were quite put-upon and while most of the session was accessible, more than a few poses required me to break away and guide myself. The camera is trained on the guru level yogini (understandably--she is a treat to see) and Adi does not emphasize modified versions of the advanced poses. All the same, it is a fun session and it would be a great one to practice a couple times a week, memorize my own modifications, and build my ability. I wouldn't want my husband to do this because with the focus on advanced poses, he'd likely go for it and might hurt himself.

I highly recommend this class. It is a bit challenging and will help build stamina. You'll need a strap for this class during pigeon and dnacer poses. I didn't have one so I modified my poses. I will probably buy this class.

To add to what I said below, by the third time I did the class i got a flurry of adjustments in my lower spine. This was the result of the "rocking" forward lunges, the sides angles, and of course reaching back for the foot. Brilliant class.

Some interesting sequences here, many triangles which provides alot of focus on side body working up to royal pigeon posture. I'm not all that flexy on the back so found it a challenging class but one where i started in a very flat almost despondent mood and finished undeniably in a better place, not sure what shifted but something certainly did through this practice and is one i will repeat . thanks Adi :)
