I had to dig really deep at the end to pull off the final upward facing bow...jeez...lots of challenges and some creative sequencing. Sarah did miss a few asanas on the 2nd sides, as well as sometimes the holds were lopsided in length on side to side. But - overall - a really nice class that is challenging and sweat producing.

An amazing power class.

It amazes me how Sarah has this ability to make you feel so calm, and yet before you know it you are sweating like crazy and working every inch of your body and the class is already half way over! I loved every minute (even the challenging ones). I walked away from the class with my mind feeling cleared and my body feeling worked! I will be doing this again.

This is a power yoga session no seated poses. I found it useful to see just how you engage the fire ie do you go into and beyond the fire with more fire or back away from the intensity. Its a great session to be able to refelct on that. I might have classed it as guru due to the intensity but as with any class you can modify or just watch if its right for you. Thanks Sarah it certainly does whats on the tin and I feel more expansive afterwards :) x
