This was a good class with Adi's characteristically excellent instruction--but it was just too tough for this novice. Too many chaturungas, lift-ups, even an attempt at tortoise pose. I should have guessed from the "fire" in the title! I'll come back to this one when I'm stronger/more flexible.

Really loved this class, great way to start the day, Thanks Adi.

Classic Adi. I did this class with a focus on drawing in towards the mid-line, which worked well. There was a fun standing balance which I had not done before. Great class!
