When I saw Sarah was teaching a New Year's class I knew I wanted to take...

When I saw Sarah was teaching a New Year's class I knew I wanted to take this class regardless of the level. This class had some parts that were a little too advanced for my current ability. However, I loved watching and seeing where I might be able to go one day. For now I stayed in certain prep poses and was keeping my breath while practicing a strong foundation. I enjoy the speed and that the flow allows us to really go with the breath in and out of asanas. Thank you for a great class and Happy New Year!

This is an awesome and challenging class: it moves at a fast pace, and offers the chance for inversions (tripod headstand, forearm stand, headstand and shoulderstand), as well as an opportunity for an arm balance and some backbending. Felt unbelievably charged and dynamic at the end!
