I've lately been noticing some inflammation in my right wrist and middle left finger. Uh, oh. This class gave me some great instruction on how to prevent this from continuing by using and working my hands. Using the ridge of my hands in downward dog and coming into plank pose was especially challenging. There's some nice tremble-in-the-middle core work also. A fabulous class.

I agree with prior reviewers that this is a very effective shoulder opening sequence but upon completion I am most aware of the opening sensation created across the front of my collar bones. There were some challenges in this sequence but the lasting impression is one of relaxation. Thank you Neesha.

A focus on shoulders and hands. Great sequencing, building step-by-step. Attempting to do Handstand was fun, not daunting. I expected to end with Shoulderstand. But instead, Neesha leads us to a relaxing inversion of block under pelvis in briedge. Need a wall, a blanket and a block.

Not too many actual inversions on this one. However, great preparation of the arms, shoulders, and hands for inversion. This class is especially good for the wrists and should maybe be listed as ailment specific for carpal tunnel.
