i feel relaxed and strong after this class. the pace is on the slower side, but there are plenty of opportunities to get into your core, so i still broke a little sweat. i like how sarah encourages you to be aware of what's going on inside your body during a pose, but not to judge yourself at all- even if you fall over. =)

A Slower - Definitely Satisfying - Challenge
This class reminded me of singing or playing a song on my flute at a very slow rate. It can take more concentration and focus (and breath and strength) to accomplish the same move (or musical passage) when it is being held for a longer amount of time than it would if the flow were faster. And, when it works, it is one of the most satisfying feelings ever! Thank you, Sarah!
