I just wanted to say Thank You to all the Instructors, and the makers of Yoga Today! I have greatly benefited from this website. My husband has even noticed a difference in my attitude :) I was a little shocked at first when I hopped on here the other day to see that you now have to pay if you want to do yoga everyday, BUT I came to realize quickly that it is such a reasonable price! You cannot find this price anywhere else. I have 3 children, and as those who have children understand that it is hard to find the time and effort to get our of the house to go to a session of yoga. I just love it! I love how I can do it in the privacy of my own home without having to worry about the person next me and if they don't like the way I breathe..LOL. Hello to all at yogatoday. I have been using the site for 2 years now and have always been a big fan but, since moving to a country with a slow internet connection i have had problems viewing the videos and was really disapointed when the 'audio only' option was removed. I was really looking forward to the changes but find that personally it doesnt really suit me. I guess i was expecting the download charge to be a little cheaper. I love some of the classes but not all and, as i still can't really use the free class due to its stopping continously, I'm not sure i want to pay 4 dollars for a class that i may or may not like. Well, not sure what the solution to this is for those on a slower connection but maybe an option for lower-res viewing or bring back the audio only? As many have commented some can not pay, and I understand that there is one free class which is great. I was getting to do yoga everyday since I have found your website. I looked forward to doing a class at my home with the diversity of classes it provided since I have a disability it is difficult to go to classes outside and I am on a tight budget. Thank you for the one free class. My understanding is in the true sense yoga is an offering and I know some teachers only ask the student for volunteer monetary offering and people who can pay do pay and some who can not then don't, Do you think you could set something similar? I was 24 minutes into this week's practice when suddendly it stopped and...

I was 24 minutes into this week's practice when suddendly it stopped and defaulted to "buffering", which continued for as long as I waited. Unfortunately I am a beginner and not sure how to finish when something like that happens. I'd appreciate if anyone can advise some basic poses I could use to cool down if this happens again. I also found it hard to stay with my breath during this practice - any advice? Maybe its just as well the video stopped streaming - i think the handstands were a bit beyond me right now :) I enjoyed what I did though, and thanks Neesha for your explanations of alignment - it helped me stretch further into poses than before. Your website is wonderful, and the classes are great: high in quality, varied in yoga types and skill levels, and clear in instruction. Really, I couldn't ask for anything more. I am surprised it has taken so long for Yoga Today to charge. I was wondering how you were providing so much for free so I knew a fee had to be coming - even yogis have to eat! I am really pleased that there will still be one free class every week. This week's is a great class and if I decide to pay it will be a great deal. The quality of instruction and continuous advice from Yoga Today is better than most classes I've attended over here. Will the classes change every week on the same day? For those of you writing in to let us know that you are only able to view two minutes of free yoga, it is because you are only watching the preview. To view the class in full, create a "Free Membership" profile here: http://www.yogatoday.com/sign-up. We understand that the economic situation is tough for everyone, including ourselves. That is why we are offering one show per week for free. We are doing our best to create a sustainable model that allows us to offer new shows. If those who can afford it do subscribe, we will be able to produce new shows for everyone. At 33 cents a day, we believe our classes are a great value. I have been faithfully practicing with Yoga Today for over 3 years now, as well as referring just about everyone I meet to the program. I really felt (and still do) that all those at Yoga Today are committed to helping humanity, and that they are an inspiration. I am very disappointed about the new fee, not so much for myself as for the countless people who will not have the opportunity to experience these life~changing sessions because of monetary difficulties~ especially in these times.
