u should do yoga everyday. Try building up to 5 or 6 hours of yoga a day. try to do yoga in your sleep Flag as offensive

Hi again. I wrote you an e-mail long time ago about my knee and some poses and some other questions, but I never got an e mail back. So now I'm hoping for an answer from one of the instructors. I can't bend my right knee and then fold forward.. My knee will pop out of alignment and it's very painful to get it back. I was wondering if I can do the poses with a straight leg of maybe do something else? Do you have any suggestions? I really enjoy doing yoga and especially here on Yoga Today. But sometimes it's hard for me to do the poses with you because of my knee problem. But if I knew what I could do instead, I could follow up on that and kinda do the poses with you. I have tried to put a blanket under my knee but that doesn't help in all the poses.. I hope you can help me. Thank you for great yoga and a positive mindset! Thanks, Nunu Flag as offensive

Some of the instructions were seriously poor. Some questionable vocabula...

Some of the instructions were seriously poor. Some questionable vocabulary thrown in as well. The exercises were well chosen, but the instructor chose to ramble loose notes about prana and juicers instead of working on detailed instructions or getting into the nuances of each pose. Some shivasana with music would have also been nice

I think it was one of Sarah's classes that pointed out to me that hip flexibility is a prerequisit for over half of all yoga postures. Since hearing that I have more mindfully been trying to have days that I just dedicate to hip opening. This class fulfilled that need perfectly.

after spending a few days working on my core and side body, i was feeling pretty sore and tight. this class definitely opened me up, while also being a nice break from the more vigorous practices. neesha definitely knows her stuff, and i feel like i always learn something new in her classes. i love her analogy about being connected to our energy source. thanks neesha! =)

Anusara is my favorite style of yoga and this class did not disappoint. The subtleties pointed out with each pose allowed me to get the most out of the experience and heighten my awareness to each movement, even a couple of days after my practice. Thank you!

My hips feel so good after this class which included pigeon and firelog with interesting variations, lots of other hip-opening poses, some core focus and twisting. Unfortunately, there were just a couple moments where Neesha was demonstrating a pose but the camera was not focusing on her.! This made it difficult to follow along.

Thanks for a great class. I suffered a sacro illiac joint strain over christmas, followed by a neck strain - this class is absolutely what I needed to stretch out - as I was feeling like a coiled spring! Even with an injury I have learned that yoga can be trusted, especially these classes on yoga today which I have been doing for 3 years now. Thanks for bringing them to us!

I just did this class for a second time, and I wanted to point out that it's not just for yogis: The pacing and level of instruction are similar to Neesha's novice courses. A few of the poses (e.g., half moon, pigeon) are more advanced, but they can be easily modified—or you might surprise yourself if you attempt them!
