I was traveling and couldn't really do an entire yoga class, other than just some stretches. This was a great way to ease back into it. It is amazing how tight my body can get even with just a week without it, and yet my body and mind quickly remembers! I truly love Adi, she is amazing! I feel relaxed, stretched, and in tune with me :)

This class was just what I was hoping for. I spent a late night working at my desk and wanted something that would give me a bit of a work out (but not to the point of greatly energizing my body before bed), a good stretch for my stiff muscles, and calm my mind. This is one of my favorite classes of Adi's that I have ever done. It's nice to find a good, calming vinyasa class.

Because of the focus on breath awareness this class really slowed me down and brought me back to focus. The initial centering lasts around 8 min giving an extra opportunity to become present prior to class. The class itself was well rounded with plenty of strength building components.

Longer breathing sequence at the beginning than in many of Adi's classes. More flowing than many as well. I definitely was more aware of my breath. Inhale from the base of the spine all the way up through the crown of the head. Exhale from the crown of the head all the way down through the base of the spine. Inhale extend, exhale release and deepen. Half moon and half lord of the fishes.

Adi does a great job in this class of keeping you very centered on your breath throughout, as well as finding your general pattern of breathing (is your inhale longer or shorter than your exhale, beginning your breath before movement). The asanas are held for longer than usual which also keeps the breath front and center. Give it a try!
